I have a Martini model 12 as far as I can tell, that I wanted to restock. The supplier sells cadet butt stocks that look like mine so that should be OK. What I was wondering about was the forend. His model 12/15 stocks look nothing like mine. He also sells a "Small Frame Martini stock set with target/varmint style forend. Anyone know if these are all interchangeable ?

The 12/15 won't look the same, as it has a pistol grip and a lever that conforms to the front side of that.
The rest of the small frame BSA Martini actions are pretty close, and, like as not, you would be able to use the stocks that were meant for one, on another.
I think that would go for the non-BSA ones too (Francotte's etc.) as the wood is like to come requiring some slight fitting to get a good seat in the socket at the rear of the action, as well as some fitting to the barrel, where it attaches.
If in doubt, contact the supplier and ask.

The supplier said the model 12 is a larger frame than the cadet, and a cadet stock will not work on the model 12. My rifle seems to be a bit unusual. It has a model 12 frame but with a 25" heavy barrel with no folding open rear sight. Someone has replaced the rear sight with a Lyman target sight on the rear receiver. Also it doesn't have the pistol grip stock.
I had your issue. The British won't ship wood to Canada without a permit. So I got new raw forends "made in America" that color matched. I had to finish them to the Martini Model 15 spec's like the original cracked ones, but it was worth it. Cost, not cheap, but, the three model 15's look great. The three forends color matched out of "luck" of the wood bin!!!

I am in the same boat and still having issues identifying the model I have.
It should not have a pistol grip if it is a BSA Model 12 or 13, which should be the same action size as the Cadets, except that the Cadets were a Centerfire and in military wood.
The 12/15 is different than the 12.

Sights come and go. The factory sight for many of the small frame BSA's was the No 8 sight. It, and the non-folding sights were held on the rear of the action by a couple BA (that's the type of thread used) screws, unless someone has tapped out the holes.
Dead easy to drill and tap to mount any other available sight.
Post some pictures and the suppliers name, it'll cut down on the guessing.
