I've reloaded Norinco 223, it behaved the same as any other brass. I had some that I reloaded 7 times, it showed no abnormal wear, I still have it, never shot the last batch of rounds I made with it for some reason. This was in a bolt action tho'. I anneal and neck size, so I tend to get a fair amount of mileage out of my brass.
I think depending on how hot your loads are, and how brass friendly your gun in, it should work as well as any other brass.
Yes, the primer pockets were crimped on my samples.
