I have no problem with Canadaammo per se,. but the crappy shipping company CanPar. Tracking my order it left Vancouver on Jan 8th, got to Edmonton Jan 11th at 4am, left Edmonton shortly after. I am 4hrs north of Edm,.. do I have my parcel,.... NOPE!!!!!

Got my package today, SKS/1200 round combo. Boiled the metal and sprayed the wood with oven cleaner (lemon scent lol). What a beautiful rifle, plus free targets. Sorry, were some of you guys complaining?....

Called today and cancelled the order. I don't want to support crappy customer service.

I place an order on 03-Dec for stock item, I then communicated with them on 22-Dec and the item was supposed to be shipped the same week... I still waiting for my order to be ship. I think I will cancel too!

That's a good option for those who are not happy. Cancel and overpay elsewhere, but get it faster. I like mine cheaper and will wait a couple weeks for it, but that is just me. $25 or more for shipping + tax on top vs FREE shipping is a no-brainer to me.

It seems there is plenty of complaints about Canada Ammo lately. I'm one that has a complaint also. BUT I received my purchases tightly packed today after waiting 16 days after ordering from them. They are based in Vancouver I believe (that's what it says on the receipt.)
Maybe we as the consumers should send all our complaints to the company directly? I have counted over 40 plus complaints against them ranging from : lack of communication, delivery, did I say lack of communication? I also have sent countless emails and phone calls. Ok the holiday rush is over now and I believe they are attending SHOT in the U.S but this is a company/business and it should be run accordingly.
Am I going to continue to use their services.......yes with free shipping who wouldn't use their services. But they have to get better with customer support or they will continue with all the backlash they are receiving here in the forums.

I placed my order for in-stock items 17 days ago, my Visa was billed 9 days ago and I haven't heard a word from them since. I ordered from SFRC the same day and had my order in about a week. It's ridiculous already... at least communicate something to me.
I have not had one reply EVER from every E-mail I sent. 5-6 total.

This is why i buy local... if you look local you'll probabaly get it for close to the same price. And you support your local business. but thats just me, i'm still waiting for one on the naysayers have to wait for an order and see what they complain about.
