Burris signature ZEE rings

I'm under the impression that these are decent mounts and you can get offset inserts for then.

Any experience with these rings?

I own three, maybe four sets.
Decent looking rings and work well.
22 rim on the smallest and 308 Norma Mag
on the largest chambering.
No issues.

A lot of people at my club who shoot .22 at 200m use them. I have them as well with inserts. They are good rings and work well. Thr offsets are overpriced though but do the job.

I use them on all my rifles...many benefits from shimming to gripping better. They also protect the scope finish. Great prices too.

Only kind I use. You can't go wrong with them. They don't mark the scope tube and the inserts allow you to nearly zero the rifle without using up the scope's internal adjustments. This is really useful if you shoot at different distances. They clamp tightly to the mounts and never come loose. Be sure you get the right height, though. ZEEs are a little lower than some of the other makes.

Thanks for the replies. I ordered a set from one of our CGN sponsor dealers and will have to wait until they arrive. Apparently not just firearms are flying off the shelves in the USA, so are accessories.

Can someone tell me who's law (Canada or USA) prohibits us to get optics and rings, etc. directly from the USA without a permit? What's the logic behind that one?

US law. It's called ITAR. Code for "pain in the neck".

Actually rings and mounts are regulated by us Dept of Commerce for export out of the US. Rings and mounts can be exported by anyone without license or other paperwork. One of the very few things that attach to a gun that fall into that category.

From what I've heard they fit on EGW and most other picatinny rails with the exception of a few which they say fit a little loosely.

I've tried signature rings on both a Badger Ordinance picatinny base as well as a Daniel Defence AR upper and the fit was very good and snug.
