Custom services have been suspended until April, please check back then.

Seems odd to me or do they shut down annually for certain things?
 
Most Lee stuff is sold out at Lee and the popular online dealers I believe do to the current high US sales, also they have some new products they are trying to get out for spring.
 
Wow thanks for the heads up. Im looking to purchase all my reloading equipment next week and I was looking at a Lee press. I guess I wont pick one up if their customer service shuts down like this on a random basis.
 
It's not Lee customer service that is closed.

Lees "Custom" manufacturing division (they make dies for custom calibres and bullet sizers in custom sizes etc) has stopped taking new orders due to the huge demand for regular and custom products. It's not random, many gun and reloading related businesses are sold out and running full tilt to make more since the new gun control measures in the US were speculated. Once they catch up they'll be back to normal. This happened with a lot of companies 4 years ago, the last time there was a political based run on reloading and gun supplies in the USA.
