Lol love the use of the "Press button recieve bacon" internet meme. In case anyone didn't notice its the bathroom hand dryer instruction sign.
 
That would leave you with a yield percentage of 18.75%, very impossible in my opinion.
Bacon doesn't loose 81.25% of it's weight when cooked!

It looks tasty. That is why I would never put it into a survival food cache. There is a good probability that someone will eat it BEFORE the emergency.

Survival food cache protein should be calory dense but not popular so that it'll actually be there when you need it. I try to put the ickier canned meats in mine like Spork, Klik, Prem, Spam. That sort of thing. Caution, this system doesn't work well with Newfs as they love the afoementione tinned meats.
 
Everyone is looking at the bacon, no one actually paid attention to the 308 rifles offered by CMMG.

That's because the line-ups for food were ridiculous. That bacon and the chocolates other vendors were handing out were the only things keeping me going. :p
