What do you have done to your XCR?

I'm gonna give it a try, but seems to me like it woulod have to be quite a bit longer to allow it to work.

the NEA adapter is quite a bit longer and gives you a bit of a higher cheek weld than the dlask. .... but, the dlask "looks" way nicer. All depends on what buttstock you need to use for your setup

Just brought mine home today as an early B-day present. Black .223 fast stock. For those who have played with both the Dlask and NEA adaptors, how well does the cheek weld with the Dlask work with standard height AR irons? I like the more compact look of it over the NEA.

Best way to describe it is..it doesn't kick...it just has recoil.

Youtube the XCR-M and look for this girl/lady shooting 20 round mags with one. She states in the video that she is 5'4"...that should say pretty much all you want to know.

Agreed... this thing kicks less then my cz 858 without its break on.. really not a issue.. take a few shots with my 375 ruger off the bags and you would say the xcr-m had no recoil at all..almost negative recoil

Does anyone have any experience with the grip bipods? I found some knock offs for about 50$ instead of 200$, they say they are made of the same material and they look the exact same. Just wonerding if anyone dealt with them and they are junk or what? Also i would like to put a flashlight on it anyone used any that they would recommend?

Picked up an origanal tube stock and had it sprayed with cerakote FDE

The piston seems to absorb a good deal of the recoil. The M I was behind is like a kitten.

If you're talking about the AR style stocks in this thread and three posts above your own they require a stock adapter such as Dlask or NEA produce.

Noob question for the pros. I got an xcr-l finally.. It came with a nea ar stock adapter. How do I tell what kind of tube it has milspec or comercial? I have the sudden urge to buy stuff for it, just don't want to do it twice.))

Sorry just re read your post. Your rifle came with NEA adapter but did not come with the buffer tube? Is that correct?

If that is correct you can use either a commercial or milspec tube with the adapter of course making sure you then pick your butt stock to match. the threading is the same into the adapter it changes at the tube itself.
