I'm looking to install a set of flip up back up sights .
I'm looking at the Magpul MBUS Gen 2 , but I read that their front & rear sights have to be on on a equal height rail .
I am mounting on a Razorback upper & the front rail is 1/4" lower than the rear
Any one know if they would work with that much height difference?

The US government has deemed the tritium one too dangerous for us Canadians to have :S

The Di-Optic Aperture (DOA) Folding is accessible to us, but unavailable to order at the moment (sold out)

I would order the rail direct from Brownells - should be well under $100.

Only availible in 1/2" riser so then front would be 1/4" too high

Thanks Phil.

It was my understanding from speaking to another CGN dealer/importer that it was in fact possible. Is this a question of having different export permit from the US? I don't want to start / sidetrack the discussion, just looking to clarify what I was told via PM.

Just going by what our exporter said - but things are very fluid.

Parts and barrels marked "5.56mm NATO" and "7.62x51mm" were unavailable last year, but is totally okay now.

I will ask and I will PM you when I get an answer.
