My google Fu is failing me.
I have a Iver Johnson Champion .410 with a broken spring, it's the flat spring that holds the lock locked. Sorry, I don't know the actual name of the spring but if you open the action it's right there, held in with one screw.
Long story short; my daughter doesn't enjoy guns, but likes busting clay with her little .410 so I gotta fix it. She's adopted this gun as her own
and it's one of the things that keeps her hanging out with dad. 
If anyone can help, you'll be a hero. Please....
