We were selling Czech, it is corrosive, so few takers. SA has been sold out at the wholesale level for years. (since the big scandal over there)

this batch was made in the 90s, at 90s prices. Anything current will be made at current prices, which, last I checked, were higher than I liked.

I thought of getting at least a case of ammo to go along with the new batch of M305 shorty.

Actually there does seem to be some surplus ammo around if you look hard enough. I've been on a bit of a quest to bulk up my .308 supply for this spring as I have 2 new 308 rifles I am going to use a lot and there are a few places that have a bit.
I ordered 400 round case from a supporting member of CGN, and found a 1040 case of Norinco here in Edmonton, although it was old stuff as even the wood cases were dust covered,lol. Also ordered 500 rounds of PMC, at a decent price.
So I guess the moral is, you have to spend some time and check all the sites to get what you want.
Hopefully the brass is good enough to do some reloading after I use it all.
