Where can I get powders in Winnipeg?

Cabela's and Wholesale seem to be permanently un-stocked on powders of all kinds, with little to no interest in getting any. Where do my fellow Winnipeggers obtain powder to reload? I'm mostly looking for pistol powders.
 
You could call Higginson Powders in Hawkesbury near Ottawa, ON. The shipping will be high, but theres only a $25 hazmat/shipping fee if you order 21lbs or more in one shipment (split with friends?). They have the largest stock in Canada that I am aware of.
 
They don't stock much here, especially if you want 8 lb jugs.

A fellow CGNer and I ordered 38lbs from Hummason MGF in Ancaster Ont, they are the cheapest place iv seen. They ship by truck, to Winnipeg its $120 for up to 400lbs of anything they sell.

With shipping and tax it worked out to $22 and change per lb. Some of the powders were on sale. example IMR 4320 was $17 bucks a lb and $110 for 8lbs
 
I found when I was looking last winter, MacDonalds out here in Portage had wayyyyy more selection than WSS.

macdonalds did have stock last time I was there too, but he was expensive. and when I asked Wade about getting 8lb jugs he said " can't get em, I can't even get them''. So I decided to not buy any there and go in on a group buy

they are convenient if you just a pound of something right away but to buy a large quantity I would look elsewhere
