Tavor Trials and Tribulations

Tavors are nice but can they be configured so that the cases eject from the left? As a southpaw this would be important to me. If only the AUG were available in Canada. Nice rifle Redbearded1. I envy you. Have fun with it in the more free province in Canada. You cowboys should lead the way with rights and that will trickle down to the more cowed Canadians in the more subservient provinces of Canada. Good luck with the rifle and be sure to post your experiences with the Jewish rifle. Those boys really use that rifle for real.

Yes.

it sure can. you will need to purchase a left handed bolt. contact north sylva for them. you can switch over the safety and the charging handle as well to suit your needs. converting from right handed use to southpaw use should take about a hours time assuming you do the charging handle wich takes up most fo the time. there is a guide posted on how to do it somewhere around cgn.

Do you mind posting a close up pictures of the backup sights??

Thanks for the pictures mate. The ad on Ellwood Elps mentioned backup flip-up sights. Wasn't sure if it was integrated or separate units. Have you tried sighting them? Hopefully I get mine by Friday. =o(

I didn't dial them right in, but I was able to hit pop cans at various ranges out to 80 or so yards with relative ease the first time I shot it.

Gadget, that Mars front button should drop right into the handguard. It's designed for it. Just open it up and remove the plug that is there at present. Though it's been a while since I've pulled mine apart.

Good score! Been looking for one of those myself.
