Sks rear sight crooked

I recently picked up my second sks and noticed that the rear sight has a noticeable canter the rear sign almost looks twisted

smack it straight with a hammer ?

That's what my buddy did with his front sights he used the little pick tool to pry it over a bit. Have you shot it yet to see he did it was off.

Shoot it first and compensate by adjusting the front sight if needed.

I too am curious about this, my rear sight is noticeably cocked to the left. Is this common with these rifles?

Happen from time to time but i wouldn't say its common.
