Just got a new Hornady LNL AP and they recommend using the Hornady degreaser and dry lube. I have looked all over Edmonton and haven't been able to find this product. What have others used to degrease and lube the powder measure?

I just used Varsol (mineral spirits). Cheap and works just fine. Dunk the parts, swish em around and/or use a paint brush on them. Then dry off and reassemble. Keep the plastic powder hopper out of the solvent. The funnel at the bottom of the hopper is the hardest spot to get without a spray degreaser. I just used a clean rag for that.

If you're stuck on spray degreaser, ether (starting fluid) works pretty well too. It's available at any auto supply store. It is HIGHLY flammable though (almost explosive with the right fuel/air ratio), so use it outdoors in a very well ventilated area. If it's not breezy, give it a little time to dissipate between sprays.

I got the press from Frontier Firearms. Had a deal if you bought the press you got a free shellplate. The bonus was that you can also still get the free 500 bullets too.

I use simply green cleaner its non toxic. P.S. all my dies say get 500 free bullets to how do I try to get these?
Also got my press from frontier, I believe they have ten dollar shipping to!
