the part where the FBI agent is being set up in the suicide rig and Swagger nails those spooks from the middle of the pond. thats a Cooey hes using! thats pretty neat.

I really liked this movie.
Like it a little less though since it was published last month that Wahlberg is one of a group of hypocritical Hollywood stars who are lobbying for gun control.
Mr. Wahlberg was actually quoted as saying 'no one should own guns'.
Funny...it's okay to take millions of theatre goers dollars from a movies glamorizing guns and violence...then to stab legitimate gun owners in the back.

Hunter has a series of books that have a lot of firearm detail. I have only found one small error. Apparently he was not a shooter when he started writing, he just did good research and got help.

I wish other authors would have someone proof read for gun accuracy.

aisde from the fact that mark wahlberg is clearly misguided in his leanings, I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this part of the movie is pretty exciting and a cool and none-to-known use of something a lot of board members have close at hand. how can you tell I'm a gunnut right?

I own the Blu-Ray, and on the disc extra features, it shows Wahlberg doing some target shooting (out to 1000 yards eventually, I believe) to get into the part.

From what I remember, he seems to enjoy himself, which makes him not just a hypocrite, but the WORST kind of hypocrite: the one that expresses a public opinion based solely on what he thinks is politically popular/correct, not even on any personal bias!
