hey i have a scope that i managed to get off my buddy for nothing because he didnt use it. he said that the guy he got it from paid 400 for it "which dosnt add up." the scope has no markings of logos or brands or size. it looks to be about a 32mm. its fixed power but u can turn the objective lense to clarify ur range up to 200 yards. does anybody have any idea what kinda scope this is ? it seems to be pretty clear and decent quality but i supect its cheap?

Making such detail public could be considered "profiling"... and in our politically correct world, this would be bad...

To the OP, does it look like this?
Does the finish anywhere look like markings have been removed deliberately or worn off? If everything else about it looks like a scope someone knows, the location and size of absent markings might suggest they are the same scope. At that point, taking measurements might make good evidence, too. Length of tube, dimensions of bell (diameter, length of flare, overall length of bell) dimensions of saddle. Also note the type of reticle.
If if looks like it was never marked that suggests it was something quite cheap, but alone is not an absolute indicator.
