I was at the range on Wednesday with my Savage 110ba 338 and had shot about 25 rounds without issue. When I chambered the next few rounds all I got was a click when pulling the trigger. Upon checking the unfired round I could see that the pin is not making contact with the primer. Has anyone else had experience with this issue and found a solution?

Did you have a primer failure where the center of the primer has blown out? Some refer to it as a pierced primer although it has not been pieced, it fails and blows out a little piece into the firing pin hole and can block the pin from hitting the next primer.

I took a good look at the primers and all seemed to be intact. Its got me beat.

With the target accutriggers, when set too light, the action fails to stay cocked if the bolt is handled too roughly. Could this happen with the hunting accutrigger and cause the problem?

Wouldnt that have happened previously then instead of suddenly?

If the rifle was not cocked and it was a 'set' trigger you heard click, that could be it... I am not familiar with those weird triggers.

In the case of misfires or not firing 'suddenly' is normal... as if it was firing firing but then it didn't fire. There is no previously until it happens the first time.

Close the bolt on an empty chamber and see if the firing mechanism actually 'dry fires'. If it doesn't. figure out why. If it does, then take the bolt out of the rifle, turn the cocking piece to the fired position, the firing pin should protrude. If it does not protrude, take the bolt apart and see why.

Is the striker dropping? If it isn't, check out the Accu-junk trigger.

If the striker is dropping, look for a broken tip on your fireing pin.

I'll bet on the trigger, you can make them fail on purpose by pulling the trigger wrong.
