Metric Brake Install?

I am trying to find a reputable precision machinist who can install a metric brake (M18x1) on my Tikka T3 Varmint, but I'm not having much luck. I'm wondering if maybe someone could point me in the right direction, or suggest a smith?

I have been told that a gentleman by the name of Jason Spencer at Gunco in Ottawa can do the install, but I have yet to speak with him. Has anyone ever dealt with Mr. Spencer? Any reviews out there of his work?

For what its worth. I have never seen any of his work, but I have never heard or read anything but great reviews.

No, I require the barrel threading to be done. I have the brake in hand and it is M18x1

I've never had Jason thread a barrel for me but I've been happy with everything he's worked on. If you want someone local maybe send Peter Dobson a PM and see if he knows someone in the Maritimes that could do it.
