Yes you can send in your app and photo now, just make sure to cut your picture to proper size, a passport photo is not the proper size and needs to be trimmed. When you receive your tests results back from the CFO you can fax them to Miramichi.

I got a letter from Mirimachi asking for the forms not just the date..
And if you separate the forms from the app it sits in separate piles i.e different groups (no real advantage) Government workers don't usually work in parallel on a file..
From what I understand, if you wait until your app apears online, you fax your results with the reference # that shows up online.
Is this correct?

Would that be a yes after I'm done my courses? The Manitoba and Quebec part puzzles me.

Mailing in the app now gets the clock started on the mandatory 28 day waiting period, it usually takes 4 weeks to get the test results back from the Ontario CFO.
Yes, wait till it shows up online (aprrox 3 weeks from the date they receive it), when it shows up online there will be an application number, put that number on your cover letter when you fax your test results in.
Leave 20c blank, it only concerns people who passed the course in Manitoba and Quebec
I just got my licence in the mail today, 41 days after they received my app, if I had waited to mail my app until I got my test results back I'd be waiting another 30 days.

I challenged and passed my CFSC and CRFSC test on Jan 19th and 20th. Mailed in my application on January 21st which was received in Miramichi on Jan 24th.
Got my stamped test results back last week on Feb 7th (took almost exactly 3 weeks), but I am still waiting for my application to show up online with a reference number so that I can fax them in. Spoke to the RCMP today, they said if my application did not show up by the end of this week to call them back. So far I can't say that things have moved too slowly, in fact I was surprised my results came back to me in under 4 weeks, but my instructor also told me that this time of year is usually the fastest to get licenced, so I think you'll be okay sending in your application in advance before your test seeing as mine hasn't even shown up in the system yet.
