Seems to be out-of-stock right now. I have a very similar one, mounted it on a 10-22, was lots of fun for plinking. It's pretty close to a daylight-visible pencil beam.
However, I also have a 200mW laser I bought, and that is DEFINITELY daylight-visible, but also can permanently blind someone in an instant.
I have a feeling that you will have trouble finding daylight-visible lasers for exactly that reason, they are extremely dangerous and very easy to mis-use. The dot from my 200mW laser can be easily seen a couple km's away, and without a doubt would still permanently damage vision at that range.
