What New Magazines Would You Like to See for the Vz58?

To Remote Six
"Wolverine has them for $25.50" I just looked they are 5/30 surplus condition not 5/40 in new condition plus it says out of stock.

They are 25$-28$ everywhere (wolverine, ebay, zahal etc).

Also, 500% was what we call sarcasm and was clearly not directed to these mags specifically.

If they were ever in stock, and I misread wojnar's post.

5/30 are in stock at zahal for 26$ surplus.
I am not saying that its not a good price for 40 rds mag i am saying that 40 rds mag are a useless and especially for that kind of pricing.

Anyways, burn your money on more air in your mag, i dont really care.

to me its pretty clear:

5/30 = 26$
5/40= 89+14+13% = 116$ ..... wtf

Im done here we are going in circle.

26$ for unpinned 30mag at Zahal. There you have 500% profit.

Whats your point ? Pay Zahal 3$ more to get them pinned if you don't want to do it.

We are still far from your 116$ (gold plated ?) mags.

Thanks I've been looking all over.

@Rick911, all I here from your posts is zero help, no input and non stop whining about canadian prices in the firearms industry. You definately got into the wrong sport man.

@RemoteSix, wolverine has never sold the 5/40 round mags. Only guy I know who sells them for the 858 is corwin-arms. Big up to you corwin!!!!!

I helped RemoteSix to find cheap 5/30 mags.

Sounds good to me.

Also, i buy what is reasonably priced and raise awareness on the rest.

If there is enough intrest in surplus 5/30 mags please let me know I can give you super deal on them. Just keep in mind they are surplus

well, i made one myself , the 5/40 rpd mag cost me $50 and the brassing kit cost me $40 , throw in the labour , yup, it more than $89+tax .

I buy from Corwin Arms all the time...never a problem and great service...no they are not gold plated (but might as well be as far as your wallet is concerned)...but if you dont want to pay the price offered as he is the only one offering them Quit complaining Rick911...all I read on these forums is you complaining about prices. When something good comes along, wait 3 years to get it used...then you can pat yourself on the back for the money you saved while everyone else is buying what is new on the Canadian market. You remind me of people who buy a rifle in green and then spray paint it black with a spraybomb because you are too cheap to have it done the proper way...

You should really make paragraphs. One of the first thing you learn in school.

Anyway, my vision of ''the right price'' might not be the same as you guys.

I have no problem to pay for what i consider quality (No problem spending 1k$+ on a good watch) but i have a hard time paying, for example, 116$ for an few ounces of aluminium sheets bent together (which production time and cost are probably insanely low) and especially when a 30 rounds one cost close to 5x less. Not to mention they are both locked at 5 rounds, so the utility of it is virtually non-existent (over the 30 rounder). I consider the 5/30 a perfect substitute to the 5/40 for obvious reasons. This is why i believe that the price is, TO ME, ridiculous.

Remember that this is an opinion (mine) and instead of being disrespectful, why don't you bring arguments on why you think i am wrong ? And yes your answer could simply be : because i like 40 rounds mag.

I'm getting new shippment today or latest Friday. My website corwin-arms.com should be ready for Friday. Please Pm if you would like one

Yup...I like the 5/40s ...on the way too...I also own 5/15 and 5/20s as well. The 40'S are just as useful as the 30's unless you have VZ RPK clones like I do, then the drums and 40's complete the look. From a collector aspect I have all the VZ stuff I can get my hands on. Sorry if you do not like my lack of Paragraphs but I was not aware we were being graded on it, teacher (BTW if you take the time to check your own post you will see quite a few grammar mistakes, pro.
Respect is earned and not given...maybe that is something that you never learned in school. The price is ridiculous because YOU say it is but I don't see anyone else whining except you...and also on 3 other posts I read this morning. LOL You were chastised on one of those as well for your "advice". As I said...if you can get them anywhere else for cheaper in Canada (you can't) let me know. The cheapest price on 40s for new AK mags is Canstar Arms at 59.99 that I am aware. You aren't the only bargain hunter here and I am just happy that some retailers are bringing in the products that we (the buyers) would like. You better stick with the 5/30 surplus because you wont like the price of the normal 5 round magazines.
I don't know about you but one of the 1st things I learned in school was please and Thank you...not paragraphs!
Thank you Corwin Arms!
