colt prices are getting out of hand

i comes around every couple of years. friend of a friend, that knows a guy, the delivers milk to the guy that painted the building said....... when they do sell to us, we'll get a free unicorn if we buy two rifles.
 
I don't know about Colt rifles that you can buy (never handled one) but I wouldn't want a Colt Canada "super mil-spec" rifle that has so much wobble between the two receivers that it feels cheap.

i agree i feel that every time i handle a colt it does feel cheap, i have never handled their higher end colt, but colt to me arent the greatest thing. until i handle a higher end colt i may change my opinion
 
Colt is still in the top 3 tier in my books. I think you would have have a difficult time finding an M4 or similar imported into Canada in the next while.
(unless you have the money, and are willing to pay).

I agree here. Until Colt suffers some serious QA/QC issue, they will continue to be a top tier gun for me as well. It may feel cheap to some, but you know it's been put together right.
