How long can I expect to wait?

The OP's question was how long can I expect to wait for an order. We have followed some ideas concerning timelines, turnaround times and comments on banners and disclaimers, coupled with some reasonable examples and comparisons from the general consensus of the CGN forum members. I guess the bottom line is what are your expectations, if your impatient and need it this weekend. Then you should not order from CanAmmo. Spend the extra because nothing from this experience is going to make you happy. If however you can wait and if it comes on the Friday of next week or on the following Monday. Then give them a go. My primary concerns with an order are will they follow normal customer service guidelines, will I get my order, will they back that order. The short answer is Yes, you will get your order. The great people at CanAmmo are indeed busy, though they might be in need of a Caribbean cruise for their hard work, and could do with hiring phone/receptionist, they will get the job done. CanAmmo is a successful business. And the main credo of a good business is to stay in business.
A great deal came back in the way of their side arm and ammo deal, well I grabbed it - not last weekend but the weekend before and its now on its way, woop woop. Of course I would have liked it to be here today for my weekend pleasure. But I didn’t pay 100 bucks extra for an overnight delivery, I saved 100 bucks….. will I do business with them again. Oh ya. I’m sure I will. My expectation have been met. Thank you CanadaAmmo
 
You will probably have to wait about 3 weeks for your order. I ordered two weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet, so hopefully on Monday it will ship and I'll get it that week. They answer their emails really quickly though which is great.

Processed (not shipped) up to Feb 22

Check your spam folder or order status online

The other thing that commonly holds up an order is not sending the EMT or other payment. I only show one order not processed for feb 12, and that is waiting for EMT payment.

Mine was on VISA - I see they payment was processed on the 21st. Just checked my email again but nothing came through. As long as its in the works, Im happy - was just for some additional stock so no urgent rush. More so just wanted to make sure it was processed. Order # 3954876 if that helps

...I ordered on the 12th, was completely happy waiting though yesterday morning I sent a simple email asking where about they were in the processing, as I was waiting for an email on where to send my EMT payment too (like some other retailers have done)... Turns out that email is automatically sent at ordering (1st time customer with CanAmmo), and that email went to my junk box... :( Could have had my purchase that much sooner. Oh well, not their fault! :D

Feb 25 - 1530Hrs delivered, left on door step for almost a hour by a delivery driver good thing I had someone pick it up when I read the comments on the tracking and it was still their.

Order # 3954876

Shows, processed on the 12th ( from online status - still haven't received any emails -Junk folded and spam folder checked ).. My Visa has been charged as well.. Can you please advise what its "true" status is ?

payment processed, now waiting to be shipped. This should have been indicated on the last email.

No emails received in any regards to this order - not even an initial conformation ( all folders checked ) . This is why I have decided to follow up here. From my experiences, payment generally isn't processed until the items are ready to be shipped. I am aware of the backlog as stated and noted on the webpage, however once a payment is processed I would assume shipping will shortly ensue ?

Just looking for a rough estimate as to when this will be shipped.

Yes, it is in the shipping pile, waiting to be packed. Should be this week

our system shows as having emailed you so either we have the wrong email or it bounced from your server.

I see your post saying you will be gone from CGN as of tomorrow so since I have received no response to the e-mail I sent maybe you can let me know the status of my order #3955178

EMT are handled differently. they will ship the day after it processes. orders from that date should ship late next week
 
It sure hasn't been "1 day" for me guys. My EMT was accepted on Feb. 12th and 'processed' on February 22nd. Since my last emails went unanswered, mind checking on order 3954861?
