Need info for 38 super

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a .38 Super Tanfoglio Eric Groffel 2007 for IPSC.

I've never shot the gun before and i am looking for a starting point.

Start off with a federal small rifle primer, at 8.5 grains of 3N37 with 124 grain BDX bullet. chrono and adjust load your preferred PF.

Bah ^^^ he doesn't know what he's talking about! Lol....there's a ton of recipes out there - my last super recipe was (BDX is the best) 124 gr. BDX over 8.4 of longshot but I've also used HS-6, Accucomp, 7625 and others. Federal small magnum pistol primers for me.

The best advice is just as Walter said: 'chrono and adjust load for your preferred power factor'.
