PAL Mailing Time

How long did it take to get your Licence in the mail after it was approved?

Just wondering what kind of wait time i should be looking at. The RCMP website status changed to the "licence has been issued" last wednesday, any idea when i'll get that wonderful envelope?
 
My understanding is that they only print them on Thursdays and mail them on Fridays so if it changed to status to issued last Wednesday it was likely printed Thursday and mailed Friday and you will see it late this week or at latest early next week.
 
I'm over 4 weeks now since approval... I'm told that its common for RPALs to take longer I then responded that it was actually less letters and should be quicker. The polite lady on the other end just laughed and said dont get to worried its coming

Week and a half, approved past Monday, in my hand yesterday.
 
I'm hoping that i'll have it today, I've got my eye on a Savage Axis up at bass pro. I'd love to pick it up after work today!
then i can finally get to the range on sunday!

I don't think that's true. A friend's interviews were completed last Friday and his status was changed to issued, his RPAL was in his mailbox today and he lives in BC. There is no way that CP got a license from Miramichi to BC in 1 day.
 
PAL+RPAL in my hand less than a week after the online status check showed application approved. Surprisingly fast. Total PAL application time is about 52 days for me. Not too shabby consider one of my reference was out of town for more than a week. He called in for interview the day he came back and the online status showed application approved the day after.
