I have been using IMR 4895 reloading for 22-250. Had a hard time getting my powder measurer to create even loads so I asked a long time ago and guys here mentioned about using a "ball" powder. I took this advice and bought Winchester 760 awhile back. It was nice for the powder measurer, but I couldn`t get a pet load figurerd out.
Finally on Saturday, I created four 1/2 increment loads (only ended up trying two of the four I made). I was very pleased with the out come. Some here might think it isn`t any good, but for coyotes....it will work. I should have used plain paper cause I was only after "grouping". All I had was an old target, so....no....I wasn`t aiming for the bullseye lol.
I shot 4 shots per group, I`m happy!!! I`m no competition guy, just a midlife, shaking, bad eyesight....guy. No wind at 100 yards.
