Uzi/9mm AR mags?

Does anyone know where to find some Uzi mags or 9mm mags for my 9mm AR, I am aware I will have to make the cut in the Uzi mags but it they are less expensive then it's worth it. Thanks
 
The Uzi has been prohib since 95', finding mags will be a challenge, and will likely not be cost effective. You don't see too many 9mm AR mags around right now. My advice would be to post a WTB ad in the EE and scoop up whatever comes your way.
 
I would imagine that chances of finding some would be slim and none. And I heard prices might be like $300 for a 5/32 but post if you buy some because I had an offer on my 9mm AR with six 5/32's and three lar mags and would be curious to see what things are worth.
 
Picked up a converted Uzi mag to fit the 9mm AR a couple of weeks ago for $45 shipped. Simple cut with a dremel and whoever did it did an exc job. Fits like a charm. Couple of Uzi mags on the EE right now for $50ea + shipping. Also a how to on Utube.
 
Was looking at those Thureon Defense stick mags.
Appears to be an uzi mag and might already be cut for AR style release.
Couldnt get a clear answer from AE at the time.

Some TD's use uzi mags, I think Epps was selling the ones that used uzi mags, they might have some.
 
Thureon Defense have a note on their website saying they prefer uzi mags, if you send some to the they will repurpose them for use in the TD. So, chances are that a TD mag might work.
