Sorry that wasn't very clear looking for a 9x19 rifle for the range, really don't want some, i'm a f... nut job with a machine gun looking rifle, the closest normal rifle look i can see is the suomi any others?

The .358 Winchester and .35 Whelen are pretty much 9mm, as is the .357 Magnum. The older 9x57 can also be found if you look hard enough. The only lever action choices would be either a Browning BLR in .358 Winchester or a Marlin 1894 in .357 Magnum.

Technically I don't see why a 9mm rifle isnt legal to hunt deer with in Qc, but why one would want to use one is a different story. Qc deer hunting = .243 and greater centerfire which qualifies the 9mm.

Here in New Brunswick a 9mm rifle isn't going to be terribly useful. I'm assuming you mean a rifle chamberred for 9x19mm pistol cartridges. Since we can only use centerfires larger then .23 caliber for roughly 3 months of the year outside of a designated shooting range. The 9x19 is not enough gun for any medium or big game found in New Brunswick.
If you're aware of this and want something for the range and maybe trying for a coyote during bear or deer season while being able to pass on opportunities at bears or deer then the JR carbine may be what you're looking for if you can accept its scary black appearance which a lot of the local fuds can't.

Rimless pistol cartridges don't feed too well in a tube but there are a variety of lever rifles available in the rimmed pistol calibers.

There are quite a few tacticool carbines in 9 mm luger, using either glock or 1911 magazines. I don't think anyone has bothered to make them in a sporting rifle style yet. As for hunting with them, you'd be limited in your choice of game.

We covered the topic of the suitability of the 9mm Luger for deer not that long ago. To sum up the pages of discussion, and as someone that has shot deer with a 9mm, the summary can be stated as plainly as this:

The 9mm Luger is a sh*t choice for the clean, ethical harvest of a deer rating somewhere just above "thrown rock" and just below "canoe paddle". Short of being marooned in the wilderness and starving to death there is no excuse or reason to use the 9mm to attempt to harvest a game animal.

IBTL.

Marlin camp carbine or Ruger police carbine. I wouldn't try to take anything bigger than a coyote with it though.

Can't make it any clearer than that, totally agree.

I think if you want a pistol cartridge carbine of modest power, a .357 Marlin is what you're after. 9mm is close to useless in a carbine, though it can be fun. It has the trajectory of a .22 and honestly doesn't seem to kill any better (going by 9x19 ballistics in ultra light loads for my Marlin .357, was aiming for quiet farm loads).
