Colt Diamondback .38 special 6 inch

Hello I have seen a few Colt Diamondbacks .22 LR in 4 & 6 inch come up for sale in the last few months. Is the Diamondback .38 special 6 inch much more rare up here in Canada to find ? please comment everyone.

Yes..and IIRC the .22 nickel (4''?) is the hardest to find!

Well let me add my 2c. The 4" DB were the most common in the US but up here they are Prohib so not much demand. The 6" numbers were much lower manufactured (numbers unknown Colt will not tell) with the .38 spl lower of the two and thus rarer. Yes the 4" nickel is the rarest of them all. And yes prices are going up because they remind lot of people of the Python but in miniature, suprisingly they shoot great even if the insides are not like the Python.

Actually I seem to recall some DB snubbies floating around that were fairly rare. - dan
