Ruger 10/22 #1149 "Walmart special" 22" value?

I got one of these I bought a while back while they were being cleared out forever. Apparently you cant get them anymore. Looks like so.

Also has a Bell 4x32 scope on it in silver. Was never fired, always thought it looked too pretty to be abused. I bought it on a whim and dont really care for it because the stock is too small. I prefer my 597. I want to get rid of it, so what would a fair asking price be?
 
You have to give it away. No matter what you paid for it or if you never even ran a shell down the barrel....people are wanting it for at least $100 cheaper than "the store that the buyer frequents the most and knows all to well that these are very very hard to come by". Save yourself the headache, store it properly and one day down the road you will be happy you did (maybe company comes over, younger ones want to start shooting, etc).
 
I have regretted every single sale I ever did (except for maybe that Hi-Point pistol..............uggggh!) Don't sell, the VERY VERY most you are allowed to do is trade for another.
 
Alright alright. Maybe ill put a bipod on it and make it range queen only. Where can I find a bipod from a sponsor and what kind is ideal?
 
Yep, either hang on to it or you're letting it go cheap. If you can't replace it for what you'll get for it. If anything, it'll be worth more later.

My suggestion is to keep it.
