Concerning the Sig Sauer 1911-22 CAMO .22LR Pistol, i know they are made by GSG for Sig Sauer and i would like to know if they come with factory threaded Barrel (like the GSG) ?

Yes they do.

How many mags do you get, i got 3 with my mk25

Depends on the model. The 1911-22 has one, I think the TacOps 1911 has 4, 220 45 as 2, P250's have one.

I think it comes with an 8 round and a 10 round mag.
