Slow processing...

I understand that order volume can be a little overwhelming but I expect my order to be process less than 72 Hours after payment was accepted. Why my order is not yet proccessed after more than a full week after both the order and the payment (EMT) were recieved and accepted (For the money)? I don't want to be anything but if this is the way you regulary treats your customer I'll bring my bussiness elsewhere.
 
Maybe cause one of them is at the IWA show and another just got married. I know it's horrible how long your going to have to wait. Maybe you could try another company who offers free shipping? No? Stop whining.

Wow... These newbie threads are popping daily now...
Instead of whining here, why not wait until you solve the issue (either positive or negative) and then post the full story?
Have you tried email, phone?
 
They are a bit slow in processing, I ordered two pistols from them on Feb 19. They are arriving today, but bear in mind that they are located in BC and shipping can take a while.

But they have free shipping and inventory
 
You guys are beating the "free" shipping to death.

Nothing is free, shipping costs are built into the retail prices of their inventory.

If they are away then they should close to avoid bad publicity over slow order processing and shipping delays or they should staff the business properly so there is no interruption of order and shipping flow in case of a staff member being absent.
Or at the least, post service standards on the website so people know what to expect when they place an order.

It seems poorly run yet many accept the poor service happily.

I too have had a bad experience with them.
 
For anyone on these boards, Canada Ammo is well known for slowly processing orders, but not for poor customer service. As several previous posters have suggested, if you don't like their service standards, then feel free to order elsewhere. I personally check all of the different sponsors' prices before buying, often I find better prices elsewhere, and I rarely notice that Canada Ammo is any slower than the other sponsors after multiple orders from most of them. OSTS would be the one exceptionally fast sponsor for shipping IMO.

they are only a few guys, not a huge operation. they have the best prices on anything they offer, with only tax on top (assuming your ordering 200$ or more) and especially on ammo, and they will match anyone else's prices and include free shipping. seriously, you guys complaining about waiting for your orders from canada ammo, stop crying, they are not taking their time just to make you wait, they get crazy busy when new stock comes in, and they have lives outside of work too.

canada ammo has never done me wrong, and any time there was a mix up on my order, they bent over backwards to fix it.

yeah, i ordered a few things from them like 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped...i also noticed that slow processing time notice on the website, but ordered anyway because no other sponsors had what i wanted...it's not the end of the world, so i don't worry about it...

What couldis a ri possibly be the cause of such distress, other than instant gratification? is it a gun? you need it SO bad right away for something? is it ammo? you have a competition happening this week?

I'm not knocking the OP, but i mean i just don't see what could possibly be so important. most things they carry can be purchased pretty much ANYWHERE else...unless you live in a remote rural area, but still, some patience never hurt anybody...
 
They're not the fastest draw in the west, but they come through in time. I just stay on top of them. If an items in stock they should be able to ship in a weeks time, anything longer and I e-mail or phone and poke them with a sharp stick.
 
I placed a order march 1st for a non restricted, called a few days later and added a piece to my order with no problem. I did ask if i could pick up my items as i live 20 min from them but unfortunatly the licence doesn't allow it. I am still waiting to hear something for a shipping date but no big deal. They do have a large customer base and trying to serve all of canada will cause a back up or two. I wish my company was that busy -
 
I've ordered plenty of stuff from CanadaAmmo & the stuff always arrives... Maybe not fast processing or shipping, but IMHO te price is right!!!

Now, I'm just waiting on my 1000 rounds of 45, sks windage tool, 6 trigger locks and two rough use knives...

Fenri I ordered Ammo on March 5 got processed on March 8 should be shipped out soon this week hopefully.Where can you buy Ammo this cheap with free shipping a little wait is not going to hurt as long as know their process.As mentioned above it is no good whineing about it on the forums,just call them.Good luck with your order.
 
They are slow because all customer accept that and still order from them !
Rate the dealers and if they are poor rating stop giving them your money.
You are the client and you decide not them.
The way CanadaAmmo treat her client is pittyfull and I will never oder again on their website, end of story.
To be as good as Wolverine or SFRC or Sporteque(Quebecian online dealer) it's a job and they do it very well therefore they desserve to raise and some other like CanadaAmmo or Frontier desserve to collapse because of disrespect and untrusty sellers.

great first post, now get back under your bridge. Spoteque is a joke of a company, wolverine has had nothing but complaint threads lately along with the source. So what's the common issue here? Ignorant people who wish to air their dirty laundry in public
 
^^^ whiny little girls Wwaa waaa waaa I had to wait for my order to be processed,Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa don't let yourself run out of ammo stock pile that #### maybe than you won't get a poopy butt when placing orders online.
