i'm going to have to really try and not order one more...no money!

thanks wolverine!

Is this stuff "lead core and indoor range safe" or "steel core and not allowed"? Can someone please confirm?

I would assume steel core being that it is "surplus". But if it is lead, I'll be all over this stuff!

Thanks in advance for the confirmation.

just ordered some of this ammo cant wait! shipping to northern alberta was a real butt raping.....i would have picked up 2 crates if the shipping cost was better

All is good got a new much more reasonable shipping rate and 2 crates. Stripper clip fun!

Good to hear...times like this make me scratch my head when people come on here and bash wolverine's customer service...i was Emailing with Ryan @ wolverine, and the service was excellent...

Dear Mr Wolverine,

Could you clarify for me please, why do you require date of birth and place of birth for ammo purchase ? (and non-restricted purchases as well, I guess) How are you using that information ?
I understand that you need name and address for shipping, PAL for eligibility, but that should be it.

Regards,

We need to validate a PAL number for ammo sales. The quickest and easiest way is for us to do this is on line, to do this we need a date of birth. If a restricted firearm we need both DOB and place of birth. We ask for both as this is recorded on your invoice and the more complete your customer record the easier future orders are. Our customer data base is for our internal use only and is not available to anyone else and we would never provide it to any other organisation for any purpose. We do not keep CC information on file once an order is completed.

Thanks, John, for quick answer !

Understand, name and date of birth are already on PAL.

So just would like to confirm, that place of birth is not really required for ammo and non-restricted purchase ?
Appreciate your clarification.

That is correct, remember that we often do not see a PAL, we can only work with the info supplied by the customer.
