Square around Tula star SVT40 receiver?

I was at a gun shop the other day looking at an SVT they had and noticed that the Tula star marking above the year is different than mine. On my SVT there's a small square around the Tula marking on my receiver above the year marking. I've looked around trying to figure out what it means (if anything) so I figured i'd ask here as well. Maybe I have something special! Haha. Here's the pictures of the marking on mine.

It's likely the lined through square refurbishment mark. They're normally placed next to the factory mark, but they're hand stamped so it could always up over top.

Hard looking machining marks but its what gives 'em character, and besides, when she was being made in some old drafty machine shop, some nasty neighbors we're trying to kick the front door in. I enjoy my SVT's very much.
