New Marlin 795 70 rd drum mag review

I've tried Promag's 10-22 drum mags and all were a POS, I'll be interested to hear from others before buying one.

Thats the old style, we dropped them. When the new 10-22s come out, they will be this new style.

I was sort of confused there for a sec - Remington 597, Remlin 795 Never liked the zamak Remington 795 magazines even if they are double rowish.

lol I mean zamak remington 597 magazines. Marlin factory 795 magazines are very much superior to the remington 597 factory magazines imo.

^That's a good question - after 15 or so rounds it would be hard to keep count I would imagine.

You load them one by one?

You thumb a wheel & load 3-4 at a time.

You are right, both the gun & mag were brand new & tight. It was a bit hot too. I love testing new products.....
