A stock that hold's 6 rd's comfortably woulda been nice.

YOu know, if you put a regular wood stock on that, it would be a fairly acceptable tactical looking lever action with not much more than a muzzle break and quad rail. Its the ### m4 stock they put on that really ruins it.

While I personally wouldn't put any rails and such on my lever gun, the potential should not be underestimated. I once read an article where an instructor told a guy to come to his carbine course dressed in his cowboy action gear with his lever gun while everyone else was all tacticald' out with AUG's and AR's. Everyone laughed...untill they seen how fast and accurate he could put lead down range...anyway...the point was to never underestimate anyone by appearance. I can sling lead with my Marlin 30-30 from the hip really accurately at 25 yards (even though mine has no rails).
Ca'mon guys...if someone wants to paint Hello Kitty on their gun (personally I prefer the orriginal look), who cares? To each their own...long live the lever gun!!!

Even Marlin started making the 1895 SBL last year... almost like they screamed Tactical.

I gotta say, I really like this gun. I'd prefer it in black with synthetic; and i would leave it bare of all the AR flare.

Looks home made with truck bed liner and a paint job. Probably a Ram line synthetic stock or just done over a wood stock.

If Magpul starts accessorizing lever actions then I'm getting out of the hobby. This "tacti-cool" horse #### has gotta stop somewhere.

From what i'm guessing: Marlin 336 with a Ram-line 2 Piece stock and an X-S lever scout rail.
