You could in theory be talking out your ass, bull pup stock is a,prohibited device. Bull pup receiver is classified according to action type and barrel length.
i would buy one.Maybe I haven't made my self clear...
I'm talking about building a new reciever. Much like the tavor, this rifle wouldn't function with the stock removed.
THIS WOULD BE A NEW TYPE OF RIFLE THAT USES 10-22 PARTS.
this project could be done with very little reverse engineering. In fact many of the Canadian gun manufacturers could do this...
As I said, this would be a rim fire so as long as it's over 26", it can have a short barrel and a Large cap mag.

Who issues the FRT#??? I have a feeling the CFC has some say.

The registry. In a whole different Provence... If it meets the requirements of non-restricted then non-restricted it shall be.
You can permanently attach a trigger extension around a magazine, with a trigger in front of the magazine. You then have a detachable bullpup magazine. Maybe an hour's work with a coathanger. It isn't a firearm, it isn't a stock, it's a magazine. Doesn't require anybody's approval as far as I can see.
What on earth are you talking about? So you want a full length stock with a trigger in front of the magazine? If you in any way reduce the length of the stock, it becomes prohibited.
Read up about the Walther G22. It could be fired without the stock, so the stock is prohibited.
I heard about a guy who had a folding stock on his 10/22
. Thirty years in the big house, I expect. I have actually fired a 10/22 without the stock. You can hold the pins in with electrical tape. It became prohibited, of course.
