Does anyone have any experience with the Elcan Specter OS 3.0?

From what I read in the specs it seems like a relatively reasonbly priced optic for what you are getting but before I pick one up for my AR-15 (which currently has a Millett DMS-1 on it) I wanted to check here first in case any of the CGNers have any useful input on it.

Fairly new scope on the civilian market but have been around for a few years. Wish I had more input but they are likely going to be the new CF C7/C8 service rifle optic and replacing the aging C79 in 3.4x. The British L85A1 are replacing their SUSAT optics with this model.

There is also the OS4X in the market, has either fix 5.56 or adj cal reticules. Pricewise I ma not sure, I'm guess they are in the $1k market which makes it a bit more affordable than harder to get Trijicon Acog.

How about the C9 optic? Heard anything?
