Seen em at my local wholesale sports, look like a pen but some sort of whistle....

The cashier chick tried telling me they work phenomenally , but I could also tell she had no idea what she was even saying. They're made by some dude outta the states. Anyone have any experience with them?
Do they work? Are they worth the $23 that I could be spending on more ammo? Lol

all the whistle does is peak thier interest and maybe they will stand up. I have used a kids whistle and referees whistle and it made little difference. If they see you, they stand anyways.

I use one all the time. The frick'n thing really works. When things get quiet after they get a little spooked, just whistle and they pop up like a wack-a-mole game. Just have to be careful not to overdo it. Draw short breaths through it softly.

blow over the top of a spend 22 casing and it makes a high pitched whistle just like the gophers make. Free after the first shot.

Well then, I might just pick one up, my curiosity is getting the better of me... But I seriously hope there's more gophers this year! Last year I seen a MILLION..... In town! None to be found in the grazing patches, like a drought of them!

I got one a few years ago

Darn thing in camo so when I drop it, its hard to find, thus I am on my third one.

It won't work miracles, when its windy or cold they stay in bed. However in normal conditions it will get them to poke thier head up for a little bit longer or stand a little higher. Often it will make the differnce between getting a shot and not at all. Many times I know where the little fella is but he stays low, so I keep my scope on that dirt clump. When the whistle sounds, he pokes up for a second, then "Boom-Headshot".

I find nothing works, can you guys recommend something that gets them out of their hole when shooting at them with my 22-250???

shoot them farther away...

as for the calls, whatever floats your boat but a lip squeak, wolf whistle et works just fine, i've never tried Nazareth but have varied the volume on the truck radio and that works too, some days nothing works....

I was looking at these no to long ago too. Heard that they work pretty good. I just might have to start my own game of wack-a-mole this summer. :p

Slip a Nazerath Loud N Proud tape in and crank it up, Just see how many stand up?

"Last flight Tonight", I can see anytime after about 6:00 at night, but I just can't picture any of them standing upright to figure out who is playing, "My White Bicycle", at 7:00am in the morning.
