Hatsan 12ga MPA-TS PRESALE! It's coming!

which stock is the best? fixed or collapsing...

I really want one of those.

Hard to say....there is not much info on the sliding stock. I have read complaints about the length of pull being a bit long on the fixed version.
Obviously the sliding version offers more easy adjustment to the length of pull but I'd love to hear how fine that adjustment is. The only other possible issues are the cheek weld and rigidity of the system.
If extra stocks are available for order at a reasonable price that would be a bonus.

There is a thread somewhere else on that extension I read a couple months ago. It does Not Fit perfectly. You have to modify it to fit. It does not thread on all the way.....

The Benelli extension does indeed fit snug without spacers or mods. Other extensions suffer from them being too short including the extension for the Hatsan pump gun.

The MPA-TS comes with a 5 position adjustable stock. They should start to ship to stores by the end of next week.

Does the Benelli mag tube extension allow fitting one more in the tube? I'm curious, because these are supposed to only hold 4 in the tube from the factory, and adding 1 more with an extension should still be legal right? (referring to the 5 round mag limit for semi's)

I don't mind the LOP on the fixed stock (I'm a sub-6' guy) but a little shorter would be nice. The pistol grip looks to be the same as on the fixed stock--it's a nice and chunky rubber-coated one to minimize the recoil force. I really like it!

Good to hear, it's to bad they didn't incorporate a few spacers into the stock for a bit of adjustment. Does the shell holder work well?

I just dug it out of the safe and checked--the LOP is not bad at all. It's less than my FS2000 and feels very similar to the 870s I've owned. My arms are not that long but I don't mind it at all. The collapsible looks to be a good alternative for sure, though. I didn't have a choice when I got mine last year.

Does the shell holder work well?
I had not use the shell holder at the range so I tried that as well--the shells went in OK but were quite stiff to get out. Hopefully it'd loosen up with use.

Is the foregrip also rubberized?
No, but it's nicely grooved for good grip with a nice swell right where my hand naturally goes. If I had a light or laser I could throw that on the rail...hmmm, that give me an idea!

Thanks for the info Master-G!
Seems like most people are quite happy with these Turkish guns, and hopefully the Chemist will bring in extra accessories like different stocks as well as the mag tubes and muzzle attachments.
I asked in an email about getting stocks but the response only mentioned that they didn't know what accessories were coming with the order......no sure if that means stocks are an option or not?
