Did something happen to the Tavor?

Was reading another post, and they mentioned Tavor owners being reimbursed, and how Teows kinda screwed some people over. Did I miss something here? Was the Tavor Reclassified? I know their was some media hype relating to a group wanting to re-classify it, but thats all I know of.

That's what I thought. A bit of a relief, I personally have no interest in the Tavor, but would be a little miffed it it was re-classified. Thanks.

If reclassified, they may have well fallen in the lake, for all the use you'll be able to get out of them. Like an AR, range use only, that's if you have the cert.

Both would be my guess. The more there are of them in canada the harder it will be to reclassify or confiscate them. So with tavors being sold out it nesasarily isn't a bad thing.

Last batch only had a few unspoken for when they landed - those went very fast. If you want one you should get your name on a couple waiting lists.

If they ever prohibit the Tavor what do you think they'll do to your beloved ARs? Nobody is going to be able to shoot anything anywhere. Range or no range. I'll keep mine lost till TSHTF.
