WINCHESTER Model 23 GRAND CANADIAN.
12 or 20 gauge, 25 1/2 inch barrels with fixed chokes, coin finished receiver with oak leaf engraving, and one gold leaf inlay on receiver bottom, English AAA select walnut stock with beaver tail forearm, 51 (each) made in 12 gauge and 450 manufactured in 20 gauge. Approx. 50 two gun sets were also offered with cases (serial numbers 1-51).

I would think that to command these values, the guns would have to be in the original boxes, unfired with original paperwork. Otherwise they are just another old Model 23. "
