M887 nitro mag

Hi everyone. Iam looking for a remington M887 nitromag. Its a 12ga shotgun and i want to know if its a good gun or not for little bird hunting on sport shooting !!!!

Bang for buck I didn't like it I prefer the 870

Got about 10k rounds through my tactical still runs like a champ

But theres alot of hate for em since people can't seem too stop comparing them too older wingmasters/870's

I must admit I was skeptical of the 887. But I recently had an opportunity to actually handle one and it points very well and it was a nice weight to carry. I can't speak to the reliablility but it does handle a thousand times better than I THOUGHT it would.

My son has got one. He loves it. It's not in the same league as a Supernova or BPS, but it'll certainly give you years of enjoyment.
Can't beat it for the price point.

I will say with 100% certainty I won't own one (not my style, not enough barrels or triggers ), but they do point nice...

I have one as well I like it, shoulders and points well, nicely ballanced and light. Iv never had any problems in the 3500+ rounds. I think the first batch had a lot of double feed issues but I must have a newer one. They are. Wry easy to assemble and take apar for cleaning.

I picked one up as a back up duck gun but the beretta hasnt let me down still so it hasnt seen action lol
