I bought this pistol last December and I enjoy shooting it, when it works. The trouble is that it jams 5+ rounds per 10 round mag. It doesn't matter what ammo I use, it almost always stovepipes when it tries to feed. I've cleaned and oiled the thing religiously and pulled the mags apart to check the followers and springs. I've been trying to find out just who I should contact regarding warranty/repairs but most pages just link to the US. The only place I've found in Canada is Stoeger's but they have been less than helpful over the phone (and haven't even bothered to respond to emails.)

Anyone know who I should contact to get official Beretta warranty repairs in Canada?

When I lost an adjusting screw on my Neos, I contacted Beretta in the States. They mailed me a whole new rear sight.
Try contacting their head office, and maybe they can direct you to the proper place.

My neos has the odd FTF and stovepipe when shooting loose bulk ammo, but it likes blazer never any problems. Stoeger is the beretta service rep for Canada. Their service sucks, no it's their rep Peter smith that sucks and should not hold that position. Had a problem with a brand new beretta (never been fired as in that new) 4 months later I get it back and it had workmanship that I really thought a ten year old completed. Needless to say the phone call ended withe calling him a ####ing #### sucker, hes like talking to a stump. Enough of my #####in. As for your neos, it's still under warranty and it's gotta go to stoeger and I'll bet it's going to take at least 6 months at least. Keep on with the phone calls, emails didn't work for me either.

Yeah, he does seem to be a bit of a douche. Took a while to get him on the phone and when I finally did, he kept interrupting me as though he'd seen it all before and would give me "advice" on what to do. Of course I'd already tried much of his advice but that didn't seem to register with him.

I had the same experience with them. I had Uberti that I bought new it went back twice. The last time I got it back the timing was so far off it missed the primer. I sent it Dark International and Rodger fixed it. As for OP don't take any of there #### excuses. Be firm and have it done right Good Luck
