Has anyone picked up a Burris Fast Fire Three yet?

I have had one on order with my local shop for 4 months now. Distributor seems to be eternally out of stock. The shooting in Newtown isn't helping matters much. I'm curious as to whether anyone has managed to pick one up somewhere else in Canada and can offer any opinions on it. I'm debating right now whether its worth the wait for a 3 or if is should just bite the bullet and find a Fast Fire 2.

that was what I was thinking. bringing a legit FF across the border via ebay could land someone in very hot water.......

I have one but I don't like it at all. I bought it from wanstalls about a year ago.Maybe I just got a dudd but the reticle is very dim and almost impossible to see in the daylight. Not impressed at all, I'd sell it for half price.

That is until you and the sender are caught illegaly exporting from the USA. Been an ITAR no-no since 2007 or thereabouts. Most of us get our new optics from an authorized dealer.
