C broad arrow marked Martini

i got this puppy from Calgary gunshow so probably paid more than i should interesting piece . it is broad arrow marked but cant find a date on it . sp any Martini Ghurus out there feel free to chirp in and share some info on it .

I also picked up a Cooey mod 82 when did they manufacure thiese it seems devoid of any markings ?

i think they going to go well with my other .22 trainers

The BSA Martini was purchased in the 1920s used til early 60s by cadets, yours was issued to # 1079 cadet corps in Oct 1923.
Cooey model 82 was made in the 40s for cadets and issued as a DP rifle til the 90s, also made for commercial sale.
Issue M82 will have serial # on bottom of grip and inspectors cartouche on barrel.

well thank you kindly sir much appreciate the info . yes the serial number is on the bottom of pistol grip the markings on barrel is very faint

Nice Model 12! It looks much like mine except yours seems to be in original condition. Good to know the hardware on mine is very similar. Sadly mine has refinished metal and has a blank stock disc.

Are there any markings on the fore end? Just curious, as I have none.

Actually i paid $550 for it , i diddnt think too long or hard before i went back to the table and got it . there are no markings on the fore stock as far i can see thanks for the youtube link
