Red plastic front sights for SKS

The SKSman has some really neat plastic red/orange front SKS sights on his website. I could not find any in Canada. My Son ordered a bunch of stuff from the SKSman and the order never showed up. He called down several times and left messages and there was no answer on the phone nor did he get any reply???? Something must have happened.

Does anyone know anywhere in Canada we can get a couple of those front sights. With the age of my eyes, a black post on a black bear is pretty hard to see - lol.

i was at ATP gun store in summerville, SC last month and i saw those, they comes with a rainbow's worth of colors in a bag, i should have grabbed a couple for "all y'all" hehehe...

i wasn't sure about what customs would crap on me for, so i didn't end up buying any goodies, but something like that, i could just throw in my bag...

I have a bagful of different coloured plastic sks sites. They look to me but whatever.

The Williams firesight may be a better option. I tried the replacement plastic posts and well not really any better.
I tried the fire sights and took them off but you may find it better.

The firesight is not adjustable if I recall. I will have to look at what I have and I'll edit later.

Unless the sun is to your back then colored posts aren't much help. Hical has HiViz fiber optic fronts for the SKS. I thought the William's fronts replaced the windage drum and eliminated the elevation adjustment?

PM sent. He can have the 4 plastic ones I have and a firesight set, front and rear, that I wasn't impressed with. If he likes +1, if not pass it forward.

Why not use glow in the dark nail polish? Brush a little on the very tip of the sight. Select a very bright, neon, dayglow mucus colour.
