Yup. Multiple threads. By all accounts it should fit into the restricted category. Barrel is long enough and it is built as a bull pup, not fitted into a bull pup stock.

Bull pup stocks are illegal. Guns made in a bull pup integrated design are not. The key word is "stock".

Plus it isn't a rifle or carbine "stock".

True. It's a 10-22 action built into the pistol. So think where the mag would be in relation to the trigger on this design.

It's also a pistol (not a rifle, shotgun or carbine) so that doesn't really matter... All pistols are technically bullpups... Except revolvers.
