Hi All,
Please note that we have passed on the increase in price from TD. The new price for the TD GA 9/40/45 Carbine with full rail package is now $1385. The 10mm version is now $1445.
I would like to point out that at this new price, we make $0 more per rifle than the old price.
While I am never happy to increase a price, this is completely out of our hands.
Best regards,
Walter

That puts this caliber of rifle out of reach for me. No ones fault really, just a price adjustment from the boys in charge (i.e. Thureon). Unfortunately I would put that much money towards a different firearm

Just happy to see that both my TD in 10mm are a great investment i made earlier this year @ 900.00 each all in... JP.

The prices we're quoting are for the full railed model, not the basic barrel shroud version, which are also up in price.

I can't say I disagree entirely with the price comments otherwise, and will leave it at that.

Note there are still some 45ACP (and only 45ACP) full rail units available at the old price (actually $9 under the previous price). We are holding them for the next shipment up at this point.
Pre-orders welcome at 877-576-0007.

Best regards,
Walter

I know that the 10mm version required a change to the buffer system. Instead of a modified AR style buffer, they ended up doing their own buffer. Be aware if you have the old version and start to experience feed issues. The old style buffer can fail and you end up getting the charging handle hitting the back of the slot in the receiver. The slot gets dented and the receiver can develop a 'burr' which causes an increase in friction on the slide. Mine did this at about the 300 round count with factory ammo. I contacted TD and they are sending me a replacement buffer. The burr I had to sand out .... Ugh, I don't like gunsmithing at that level. Perhaps a reason they need to charge more?

The only good thing I can say about this mishap is that TD was very good to deal with - might change my mind if the replacement buffer doesn't get here soon (been waiting three weeks)!

I don't doubt that a TD rifle costs significantly more $ for TD to manufacture than an AR costs an AR manufacturer to produce. I also don't doubt that they were making nothing trying to compete on price with cheaper to produce firearms of similar calibre. Will the market bear such a price increase for a non-restricted pistol calibre carbine? I guess we will see. We will continue to accept pre-orders on anything at the new price, but expect custom orders in the future.

I do have to give TD credit for handling warranty work quite directly with CDN Customers. Most US manufacturers don't or won't, though they probably could if they looked into it.

Any idea when the 9mm are coming ?

Do we have an order on the books for you? If so, not long, we still have 9mm barrels available. If not, it'll be in about a month after you order it.
In the near future all TD are available will be by pre-order only.

Drop us a line with any other questions please.

Best regards,
Walter

Still it may be the base model but those 2 Thureons 10mm are so much fun to shoot and actually i dont need any railings, the picinatty rail and my Hilux are sufficient, make them lighter to manipulate to... JP.
