Volquartsen in Canada?

I tried Brownells but they won't ship the extractor out of country. I just sent an email to MilArm so we'll see who gets back with a better price between them and Source for Sports. Thanks all for the tips.

I had no prob ordering parts from my Buckmark with Brownells as long as cost is under $ 100. Did you order online or via phone? Try ordering online and use USPS Int FC mail as delivery. Extractor is very light. I am also planning to order the VQ hammer and extractor for my R597HB.

I just placed an order with Brownells for a couple items and on my shipping confirmation email the extractor was removed from the order and I got a "SIR: DUE TO DDTC RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE NON-REGISTRATION OF MANUFACTURERS, ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN CANCELED FROM YOUR ORDER. THANK YOU." message. Borders be gettin' tighter!

Hi
Try Brownells again. I bought VQ parts from them

Contact their Int'l Rep Sandy

Email: Sandy.Moranville@brownells.com

Moreover Brownells have sent me a list of Registered Manufacturers whose
products can be exported and Volquartsen is IN that list.
It's quite long but I'll try to enter it here. It is not alphabetical (as received
from Brownells.) but you can see VQ on the first page.

Okay, so apologies guys. The one that I was trying to order from Brownell's was their aftermarket Brownell's extractor, which is not registered with DDTC. After talking to a sales rep, the Volq stuff is registered but they don't carry the extractor for some reason. They have the hammer though. Weird. I'll keep looking I guess.

Yeah I wasn't pulling your leg. I really did order an exact edge extractor and target hammer for my 597 from Brownell's. They were the cheapest place and no wait.

Milarm has VQ in stock, they were very prompt to reply to my email. Prices are "up there".

I wound up ordering from Brownells - everything I wanted was under $90 including shipping, vs over $140+tax+ship to buy in Canada.
